Organic/Organic certification

Our chickens are fed organic certified feed, however we currently do not plan to add another layer of administrative paperwork by applying for certification.
When time permits we plan to put on this section the things that are required for certification and indicate:

• What we do out of that list
• What we do not do
• What we do above and beyond that list, eg
  • Use of homeopathic treatments when needed on all livestock
    
  • Use of Low Stress Stock Handling techniques
    
  • Peter Andrews' Natural Sequence Farming regenerative agriculture practices
    
    

While we are currently extremely busy in the establishment phase of our farm, we will be positioning for customers to be able to visit the farm and satisfy themselves about our processes, see where their food comes from and how it, and the animals, are handled.
